Representing Ismaili Scouts across Pakistan, from the valleys of Hunza to every Jamat in the country, we grow young people into confident leaders through camps in the mountains, service to the community and the timeless promise of the Scout Law.
Ismaili Scouts in Pakistan
This website represents the Ismaili Scouts of Pakistan. Our units are organised as Ismaili District Boy Scouts Associations, with Hunza and Gilgit-Baltistan at our heart, and every one of them is registered with the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association (PBSA), the national Scouting body founded in 1947 and a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. We follow the method Robert Baden-Powell set out in 1907: learning by doing, in small patrols, outdoors, guided by the ethic of service at the heart of the Jamat.
From the Shaheen Unit for the youngest members, through the Scout Unit, to Rovers and adult leaders, every stage builds practical skills, self-reliance and a habit of looking after others. Our uniformed members serve at community gatherings, run relief and clean-up drives, and take to the mountains of Gilgit-Baltistan, Chitral and beyond for camps that stay with them for life.
